1. Start with small strips of paper, make into confetti
2. soak overnight
3. mix with water, grind to pulp in a blender
4. pour into sheets or forms (bowls, etc.)
5. apply surface effects

grind the pulp mix with a simple food processor

pour onto a window screen

for bowls, build up shape into a form

you can add materials to the sheets as they dry.
